Family run since inception, our portfolio spans several decades of celebrated design and development. Our first condominium project, 1001 Bay Street was one of the most successful selling condominiums in the early 1990s. In 2010, we introduced Jade Condominiums, a magnificent boutique residence in the upscale Bayview and Sheppard corridor. Following in 2011, its spectacular sequel, Jade Waterfront, bringing a new cool edge to waterfront living. Continuing the momentum, in 2014, Tea Garden Condominiums launched in the exclusive Bayview Village neighbourhood. In addition to our independent development sites, we are also a proud investor in the iconic L-Tower Condominium, adjoining Meridian Hall (formally the Sony Centre for the Performing Arts) at Front and Yonge Streets.

Our commercial success took off in the early ‘80s after establishing our subsidiary company S&A Developments in 1977. S&A has built and managed an impressive industrial and commercial portfolio of over 2,000,000 square feet throughout the GTA, offering customized leasing and maintenance services to each client. We are also joint partners with XYZ Storage providing over 100,000 square feet of storage space with a 90% occupancy rate.
